Case 09 · Class 02 · 50 kg target
The Bride Who Wanted Her Life Back Before Her Wedding.
She arrived before her wedding with PCOS, rapid weight gain, facial hair, cycle disturbance, and fear that every photograph would remind her of a body she no longer understood.
A 29-year-old bride-to-be presented with PCOS, insulin resistance, irregular cycles, water retention, hair growth, and repeated failures on low-calorie diets. The goal was not crash weight loss. The goal was endocrine correction under time pressure without harming the patient. Her treatment focused on the PCOS-insulin axis, micronutrient gaps, appetite regulation, and staged weight reduction. She lost 18 kg before the wedding and continued care
afterward. The major change was not only visible in photographs; her cycle regularity improved and her confidence returned because the cause was being treated instead of blamed.
